The annual renewal of the clash of u16 sides from Bedfordshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk was held on a warm breezy day at the dry and bouncy Colne Valley Golf Club but the greens were fast and tricky.
The unique format saw 9 holes in the morning followed by 18 in the afternoon with the best 3 gross scores for 27 holes and best 3 nett scores added together to produce the winner.
On the day Suffolk had a performance failure and finished 41 shots from the Winners Essex who beat Norfolk who finished 24 shots behind them. Captain Oliver Jones was the highest finishing Suffolk player shooting +8.
